Yesterday for the oak hammock marsh, we did an activity where there was a bunch of stationsthat would help us answer the question on the piece of paper we had. One thing that I learned was the sound of a few different birds. Another thing that i learned the different kinds of branches a few trees have. The last thing I learned was what the different kinds of tracks that so animals have.
Most important thing in a wetland To me the most important thing in a wetland is carbon dioxide mitigation. The reason I chose carbon mitigation is because it helps keep a lot of CO2 out the air and slow down globe warming. The reason the wetlands help cut down the amount of CO2 that ends up in our atmosphere is because of all the plant that are in our watland like trees, reeds, cat tales, Bushes, shrubs, and many more different kinds of plant. So if it wasn’t for the wetlands then we would probably end up have way more CO2 in the atmosphere making global warming speed up even faster than it is now.
